This review is regarding Kevin Bethel at 1st Choice My wife and I inherited my mother’s home in Fredericksburg after her passing in 2015. We put it on the market as a rental. We went through 2 previous property management companies prior to finding Kevin and 1st Choice. We sure wish we had started there. We partnered with Kevin a few years later. Honestly , we can’t begin to say enough good things about Kevin. He always had our back as a landlord and was also fair to the tenants. Any repairs we incurred were always run by us and were very reasonable. Plus his guidance and wisdom regarding decisions we had to make along the way was greatly appreciated. When we came to the decision to sell recently he brokered a deal between the current tenants and ourselves. Again, I could go on and on.
